Bio

I'm a artist who uses photography and videography in my work. Which means I'm an expert at solving aesthetic problems, and have a lot of flexibility in production. I love to talk about aesthetics. I have also taught photography at the college level to beginners and experienced Chicagoans alike!

I like to take photos of many things, and don't really discriminate by subject. So if you're looking for a pet photographer, a flower photographer, a tabletop display of special precious objects photographer, a glass photographer, or a people person, or someone who has the patience and humanity to photograph your family with unpredictable participation - I'm here to do that!

If you ask me to take pictures of something I've never done before, I'll let you know! For example - on a boat. I've never photographed an anniversary party on a boat in Lake Michigan. However, I did live on a sailboat for several weeks as we traversed from Lake Okeechobee to The Dry Tortugas, past Cuba and back to Key West for New Years Eve... so I am certain I could do it.

I'm into hearing about your secret spots in the city, the best tea and coffee houses, and I would love to know your favorite recipie to prepare root vegetables. I will always ask what you're reading.
